Some plans have given us permission to link directly to their Internet site. Simply place the cursor over the name of the plan and "click." You should be able to view the plan's home page. You will in most instances be able to navigate from the plan's home page to its provider directory. In some cases you will be able to locate LifeCare Hospitals as a "participating provider." This is our best effort to list those managed care plans which will allow use of your "in-network" acute care hospital benefits. Our provider lists are updated regularly and are provided for your convenience. We are unable to indicate a particular plan product (i.e., PPO, POS, HMO, etc.), so it is important to contact your employer benefits specialist or the health plan to verify the accuracy of this information as well as your health plan benefits pertaining to the provision of acute care hospital services. Be sure to have plan identification numbers handy.
