LifeCare Specialty Hospital of North Louisiana operates three locations in the North Louisiana area – Ruston and two remote locations in Farmerville and Homer. We have a total of 70 beds, including some private rooms. All locations are accredited by The Joint Commission, Medicare certified and offer free parking.
Our hospital specializes in the treatment of medically complex patients who require extended hospitalization. We are passionate about giving our patients the best chance at recovery from acute injury or illness by providing early and aggressive intervention in a critical care setting.
The treatment team at LifeCare Specialty Hospital of North Louisiana includes physicians, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists and therapists across a range of disciplines — physical, speech, occupational, respiratory, recreational and psychological therapy. We believe this transdisciplinary approach helps speed physical, emotional and spiritual recovery.
