LifeCare Hospitals of ShreveportLifeCare Hospitals of Shreveport operates on three different campuses in the Shreveport area with a combined capacity of 130 beds and a shared medical staff of more than 185 physicians. We are accredited by The Joint Commission and are Medicare certified.
Our hospital specializes in the treatment of medically complex patients who require extended hospitalization. We are passionate about giving our patients the best chance at recovery from acute injury or illness by providing early and aggressive intervention in a critical care setting. Our treatment team includes physicians, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists and therapists across a range of disciplines — physical, speech, occupational, respiratory and psychological therapy. We believe this transdisciplinary approach helps speed physical, emotional and spiritual recovery. We embrace each of our patients as individuals with a personal history and a unique health situation and we provide the compassion, support, and nurturing necessary to achieve optimal recovery. LifeCare Hospitals of Shreveport has earned the distinguished “Best Practices” recognition from the Joint Commission of the Accreditation of HealthCare Organizations for its initial nursing assessment form.

Pierremont Campus The Pierremont Campus is a 30-bed, state-of-the-art facility located within the Willis-Knighton Pierremont Medical Center. We can be found on the 8th floor of this beautiful hospital. |
